Hammerhead Warehouse Systems Acquires US Pallet Racks, Adds Texas Stocking Facility to National Footprint

ORANGE COUNTY, CA (February 28, 2026) — Hammerhead Warehouse Systems has acquired US Pallet Racks in Spring, Texas, adding a fully stocked warehouse and distribution facility to its nationwide warehouse infrastructure network.

US Pallet Racks is a stocking distributor of Nucor Warehouse Systems, one of the largest domestic rack manufacturers. The acquisition gives Hammerhead customers direct access to new Nucor pallet rack and cantilever systems, along with a deep inventory of quality used rack, all available for immediate shipment from the Spring, Texas facility.
