What You'll Do

• ● Develop and manage relationships with warehouse operators, facility managers, and procurement teams
• ● Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your territory
• ● Work with the project management and operations team to scope and close deals
• ● Represent Hammerhead's full-service value proposition — design, permitting, installation, and compliance

What We're Looking For

• ● Proven experience in material handling, pallet racking, shelving, or warehouse solutions sales
• ● Strong understanding of warehouse storage systems and customer workflows
• ● Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• ● Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
