How It Works
A program starts with what is actually installed. We survey the facilities in scope, record system types, capacities, condition and code exposure, and give you one comparable picture across the network instead of a stack of unrelated local reports.
From there we define the standard: which systems get specified, at what capacities, with what protection and what inspection interval. The standard travels; the engineering does not always follow it identically, because seismic category, slab condition and local fire code genuinely differ site to site. We handle where it has to diverge and document why.
Execution runs in phases against your operating calendar, with one project manager across the whole program and one reporting format for every facility, so a site completed in month one reads the same as a site completed in month nine.

A beverage company was decommissioning a 35,000 sq ft warehouse in Madison, WI on a tight, landlord-driven move-out timeline. A program review is a scoping conversation, not a sales call. If a single facility is the real need, we will tell you that and quote it directly.
Usually somewhere between three and five. Below that, coordinating individual projects is often simpler and cheaper for you. The break point is less about count than about whether inconsistency between sites has started costing you time, capital, or audit exposure.
The specification can. The engineering cannot always. Seismic design category, slab thickness and condition, and local fire code all vary, and anchorage and bracing have to follow the local requirement. What stays constant is the component standard, the capacities, the protection approach and the documentation. We record every engineered exception and why it was necessary.
Our own traveling install teams. They move between your buildings instead of being hired locally at each one, so by the fourth or fifth site the crew already knows how you want racking set, labeled and handed over. That is most of what separates a program from managing a different local contractor in every market, and it is the reason the tenth site goes in faster than the first.
It is usually worth evaluating for redeployment before it is written off. We survey what is there, determine what can be re-rated and re-permitted at a receiving facility, and handle teardown, transport and reinstallation. Steel that is not worth moving can be liquidated instead.
