One Inspection Standard Across Every Warehouse You Operate

This guide covers how Hammerhead's national inspection program works, what each facility receives, and multi-facility deliverables for both rack-focused and full safety surveys.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between the two inspection tiers? +
The Rack Safety Survey focuses on pallet rack structural integrity, OSHA compliance, and fire clearances. The Full Safety Survey adds executive reporting across all locations, ceiling lighting inspections, and egress and exit compliance reviews. Both tiers deliver a standardized, photo-documented report per facility.
How large does our warehouse network need to be? +
There's no minimum. The program works for companies with as few as 2 locations. Volume pricing starts at the 5-facility tier, and the largest discounts apply at 40+ facilities.
Can you inspect facilities in any state? +
Yes. Hammerhead provides nationwide service across all 50 states. Travel is included in the per-facility pricing for the contiguous United States.
How long does each facility inspection take? +
Most standard warehouse inspections are completed in a single day on site. Larger or more complex facilities may require additional time. We coordinate scheduling to minimize disruption to your operations.
What do we receive after all facilities are inspected? +
Each site receives its own detailed report within 5 business days. Full Safety Survey clients also receive a consolidated national executive summary with portfolio-level risk scoring, top high-risk facilities, total deferred maintenance exposure, and capital allocation recommendations.
