The Project

Custom powder-coated pallet racking and heavy-duty shelving with ProDeck wire decking, delivered on a year-end deadline for a municipal fire department's brand-new Houston-area facility spanning 10 separate storage room areas.

The Challenge

The fire department required custom powder-coated racking to match department branding, with black welded uprights and red beams, across 10 different storage room areas in a brand-new building, all against a hard year-end deadline tied to budget allocation.

The Outcome

Hammerhead managed planning, delivery, installation, and clean-up, completing 468 pallet positions in 2 days once materials were ready, on time and within budget. The custom black-and-red powder coat matches the department's fleet colors, creating a safe, efficient, and visually striking storage solution from day one.
